This is a budget hotel and compares to service they charge more, do not expect more from them just to pass night.It was terrible,to say the least.The room had peculier smell which even room freshener could not hide.

AC did not work/was too noisy, they have a tie up with a restaurant in the same building but breakfast is basic and not reliable. Best for basic travel only not if you want to impress your wife or in laws.

I booked a triple room.It was terrible,to say the least.The room had peculier smell which even room freshener could not hide.Even the sheets were not washed and had blood stains on them.The washroom was small with no facilities.The hotel is like a 'chawl'. Ultimately,we changed the Hotel and moved out.

I had the worst experience ever. I booked the hotel for 3 days. 1. The rooms that was booked was 3 triple bedroom, but when we went for check in, we were given 1 triple bed room and 2 double bedrooms. They have given our rooms to other guests in spite of repeated confirmations. 2. The linens and bedsheets in the rooms were all stained and dirty yellow. 3. The room had only one charger plug point which was not working. 4. The rooms and bathrooms smelled really bad 5. The worst part was the rooms had cockroaches. It was a horrible experience.

It was a very short stay at Holiday Inn. We checked in and checked out in just 2 hours. It was not because the hotel was bad and we checked out immediately, but it was because of cruise (Makruzz) related issues post Cyclone Vardah phase. We had no prior booking at this place. We had to move to Havelock during our trip but due to Cyclone Vardah all cruises were cancelled and lot of stranded tourists at Havelock Island and Neil Island were yet to be evacuated. As our afternoon cruise to Havelock Island was initially cancelled we checked into this place. But later as we got a call about resumption of cruise services we checked out immediately. In just 2 hours we could get a nice feeling about this place and the staff. Neat and clean rooms, bathrooms and lobby. Definitely good value for money.
